音声認識・翻訳を含むすべての処理は、Appleがオペレーティングシステムに組み込んで提供する機能（SpeechAnalyzer、Translation framework、Apple Intelligence オンデバイスモデル）を用いて、お使いのMacの内部でのみ実行されます。音声、書き起こしテキスト、翻訳結果が開発者や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。 All processing — including speech recognition and translation — runs exclusively on your Mac, using capabilities Apple builds into the operating system (SpeechAnalyzer, the Translation framework, and the on-device Apple Intelligence model). Audio, transcripts and translations are never sent to the developer or any third party.
Wakaru はシステム音声を取得するために macOS の「画面収録とシステムオーディオ録音」権限を使用します。この権限は音声の取得のみに使われ、画面の映像を記録・保存・送信することはありません。 Wakaru uses the macOS "Screen & System Audio Recording" permission solely to hear system audio. No screen content is ever recorded, stored or transmitted.
初めて使う言語の音声認識・翻訳モデルは、macOS の標準機能によって Apple のサーバーから一度だけダウンロードされます。これは OS が行う通信であり、お客様の音声やテキストが送信されることはありません。 When you first use a language, macOS downloads its recognition/translation model from Apple once. This transfer is performed by the operating system and never includes your audio or text.
